Congratulations once again to this season's #1 football fans and winner of the 3rd Tempt Destiny™ billboard rights for the 2003 season. However, due to the Bills not making it to the playoffs, the 3rd Tempt Destiny™ billboard will not be created for Super Bowl XXXVIII (see program page for details). What this means is the BillsFans have reserved the 3rd Tempt Destiny™ billboard rights for their team until the conclusion of the 2004 contest.
