When the NY Giants won Super Bowl XLII it was their 3rd Super Bowl victory AND it was also the third time that Olympic artist, Manuel Morales, created a NY Giants billboard in support of their Super Bowl bid resulting in a 3-for-3 winning track record. This victory has proven that the Tempt Destiny program works despite the odds - NO BIG DEAL, just mere coincidence, 50/50 odds RIGHT? Well, lets look at what we have here...

1. 1/32 fan odds that one team will win the annual billboard competition at TemptDestiny.com.
2. 1/4 odds that a team will win their conference division OR 1/6 odds for a 5-6 seed wild card team.
3. 1/6 odds 3-6 seed team to will win their conference championship game (1/4 for a 1-2 seed division winning team).
4. Now combine those odds of both the winning team of #1 matching that of the winning team of #2 and #3 (that's what took place on 1-20-08).
5. Then multiply those odds by 1/2 (50/50 odds) to win the Super Bowl and you will get for a 1-2 seed team = 1/1024, 3-4 seed team = 1/1536, 5-6 seed team = 1/2304.
6. Next combine the odds of steps 1-5 with the odds of a third Tempt Destiny billboard preceding yet another Super Bowl victory resulting in a perfect 3-for-3 winning track record (Super Bowl XLII).
